Behavioral Health Supervisor

Trichell Dumas is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience in behavioral health care. She has managed inpatient and outpatient treatment programs for co-occurring disorders and provides individual, group, couples, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services. In her leadership roles as Clinical Director and Supervisor, she has overseen staff development, program compliance, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration across multiple healthcare organizations.

Dumas earned both her Master of Science in Counseling (2010) and her Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology (2008) from Loyola University New Orleans. She is credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). With more than a decade of experience, she brings expertise in therapy, program development, and clinical leadership, with a strong focus on staff training, quality standards, and individualized patient care.
